Used
Computers:
A used computer is typically sold by an individual to
another in an (as is) condition with no tech support or
warranty. We only sell used computers that are refurbished or
remanufactured with tech support and warranties.
Refurbished
Computers: A refurbished computer is
usually a 1 to 3 year old working computer that was traded in for a new
computer. It is inspected for cosmetic damage (repaired or replaced), all
components are thoroughly tested (bad components are replaced), hard
drives are formatted and the original manufacturers operating system and
software are installed. It is then tested as a finished unit, cleaned and
placed in our open stock for any customization.
NOTE: Any
replaced computer component is from the same
model.
Remanufactured
Computers: A remanufactured computer is basically the
same as building a new computer from the case up with the exception that
the components are previously owned form different computers of the same
model. All components are thoroughly tested before installation,
then tested as a finished unit and placed in our open stock for
customization.
NOTE: Most models are marketed for 1 year so the parts
have the same age range.
New
Computers: New computers are usually
discontinued, overstocked, demos or out the box
models.
Warranty: We offer a 90 day replacement warranty on refurbished and
remanufactured computers and computer parts and peripherals .
