Limited Warranty Policy

1st Refurbished Manufacturers Computer Outlet, Inc. warrants that its family of computer equipment, if properly handled and installed, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If the hardware, which is the subject of this Limited Warranty, fails during the warranty period for reasons, covered by this limited Warranty, Manufacturers Computer Outlet, Inc., at is option, will:
Repair the existing unit (problem component) by means of hardware and/or
Replace the defective component with another part; or if Manufacturers Computer Outlet Inc. is unable to repair or replace the particular part .
Replace the entire unit with something comparable.
Laptop Batteries are not warranted by MCO.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY EXIST UNDER STATE LAW, APPLY ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE OF THE SAID EQUIPMENT, AND LASTS ONLY FOR AS LONG AS SUCH PURCHASER CONTINUES TO OWN THE EQUIPMENT.
Extent of Limited Warranty

1st Refurbished Manufacturers Computer Outlet Inc. does not warrant that your equipment will be free from design defects or errors known as “errata”. This limited warranty is for purchasers in the United States and Canada only. This limited warranty does not cover damages due to external causes, including accident, problems with electrical power, software, or usage not in accordance with this product instructions, misuse, neglect, alteration, repair (broken warranty seal), improper installation, or improper testing.
How to obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service for your equipment purchased from 1st Refurbished Manufacturers Computer Outlet Inc., call the number listed on your receipt to obtain an RMA number along with additional instructions.
Return Policy
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Products may be returned to 1st Refurbished Manufacturers Computer Outlet Inc. for replacement or repair in the following manner: Returns to 1st Refurbished Manufacturers Computer Outlet Inc. must be made within 90 days of the invoice date. Before returning any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. When Manufacturer's Computer Outlet, Inc. receives the returned defective product we will repair or replace said item within 15 days of receipt. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your replacement. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for repair or replacement.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, 1st Refurbished Manufacturers Computer Outlet Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. 1st Refurbished Manufacturers Computer Outlet Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, 1st Refurbished Manufacturers Computer Outlet Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks - 1st Refurbished Manufacturers Computer Outlet Inc. accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to
10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. 1st Refurbished Manufacturers Computer Outlet Inc. cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a
$25 fee on all returned checks. Please see the full instructions below on how to pay using one of these methods.
Shipping Refusal and Cancellation Policy

You will be charged $25.00 for any shipment that is refused and or
cancelled, along with any extra cost we may incur in processing your
order up to $100.00. 1st Refurbished Manufacturers Computer Outlet Inc. does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
All Shipments are subject to stock availability.
Shipping Rates & Terms

Calculating Ship Times The time it will take for you to receive your order depends on the "Product Availability" time listed for the product ordered plus the Shipping Time for the delivery method you select. Due
to our manual operation process of posting "Products" to any of our
web pages, there is a possibility that the product you ordered was
already obtained or purchased by another party, and thus can place
your order into a "Back order".
Total Ship Time = Product Availability Time + Delivery Method Ship Time. For example, if the Product Availability Time is 3-5 days and the Delivery Method Ship Time is 1-2 Business Days, you will receive your order in 4-7 business days.
Choosing Next Day Air or Second-Day Air does not mean your order will be delivered in 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order online.
You will receive your order 1-2 days after the "Product Availability" time listed for the product you selected. The "Product Availability" time is the amount of time required to process your order through our warehouse and acquire the product requested. If you choose items with different "Product Availability" times -- for example, a 3-5 day delivery item along with a "Special Order" or "Pre-Order" item, each item will ship as it becomes available. There will be no extra charge for the shipment of these items.
However, all orders are subject to a $10 handling charge.
Note: Please keep in mind that our warehouse does not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Sales Tax

1st Refurbished Manufacturers Computer Outlet Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Virginia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
